Any Faulty units are to be returned to us marked 'Returns' confirming why the item is defective. We will repair or replace the item/s and return to either you or directly to your customer. If the product is found to be faulty we will reimburse your carriage costs. All guarantees are subject to 'fair wear and tear' and tampered with goods will be excluded from any guarantee claims.
Due to the fragile nature of lamps/tubes, they must be checked the moment they are delivered and contact us the same day to report any dammage. (any lamps/tubes found to be damaged after the same day will be void of any warranty) |
