Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products come with a 12 Month No 'Quibble' Guarantee, with the exception of any glass lamps or tubes which are 30 days or any products which have moving components (wear parts) which are also 12 Months from date of receipt.

Any faulty products are to be returned to us marked 'Returns' confirming why the item is defective. We will repair or replace the item/s and return to either you or directly to your customer. If the product is found to be faulty we will reimburse your carriage costs. All guarantees are subject to 'fair wear and tear' and tampered with goods will be excluded from any guarantee claims.

Due to the fragile nature of lamps or tubes, they must be checked the day they are delivered and contact us within 48 Hours to report any damage.

Fast Light Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
